You need to find the leverage ratio of your bike to determine the vivid shock tune you need.

My suggestion would be to take out those headset spacers and slide the crowns up. The bike will feel a little taller and a bit more lively. You don't need that many in there since the HT is so long anyway. I'd also suggest getting a dhx 5 and ditching that metel. It will ride much better.

Bathroom scales aren't 100% accurate try weighing it with a fishing or a park tools scale. The frame is a dream to ride. Let me know if your looking to shed some weight I know of a few cheap ways to do it.

Aw man, that's okay though, newer parts equals longer life. Better that than have your old bb seize up on you!

The Norco is an 83mm BB and the Devinci is an 83mm BB too. Don't listen to them they know nothing.
I'm 100% sure the Johnson is 83 and I'm about 70% sure your Norco is an 83 too.

OKay, your in luck man. Your wheelset will fit the johnson frame, your shock will fit, your bottom bracket (it is an 83mm bb) and cranks will be a direct fit.
The bike shoulden't be that heavy with your parts on it, I'm thinking around 43 pounds.
If anything, take off that ol 42 tooth and swap it for a 36 or a 38.
The bike pedals really really well, the picture I showed you of my johnson, I worked at a summer camp, I rode that bike on XC trails.
bike is BOMBPROOF, I dont care what anyone else says, its light, nimble, flickable and just plain rails.
There are two settings on the rear linkage, an 8.5 and a 7" the 8.5 blows through travel but its really smooth, the 7" is more progressive and wont feel as nice, but its great for climbing.
If i were you, I'd see about getting a dhx5 and a TI coil instead of using the air.
Let me know if you have anymore questions!

I'm not 100% sure on the BB however 68 sounds right.
No problem man!

Reguardless if the track reqires a full dh rig or not. I'm glad to see this on pb front page and im stoked that horseshoe is steping it up a notch this year. Things can only get better from here.
